Missions – World Evangelism
From the 1990s onward, it has been a time of explosive growth for the ministry, both here and abroad. Currently, a full one-third of all Victory Outreach churches planted are overseas which has added a strong international flair to the ministry. However, the primary focus of the ministry continues to be meeting needs within America. -
Christian Recovery Homes
It is the goal of Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes to reach those affected by the scourges of Urban life including drug and alcohol addiction, gang involvement, and prostitution. Victory Outreach has been operating the “Home” for forty-years. Our graduates have a 70% success rate. We seek to meet the person’s needs spiritually, and our goal is family first.

United Women In Ministry
Julie Arguinzoni, co-founder of Victory Outreach International has a tremendous burden to see women from all walks of life rise up to the call of God and find their place in ministry. From a tiny handful of women, United Women in Ministry has grown and blossomed into what is now an international women’s movement.
